"My wife and I originally made contact with Dave and Pam while living in London and preparing to move back to the States in 2003. We made several trips to Ft Collins to see the area as we had never been north of Denver and did not know the people or the region. Dave and Pam welcomed us to the community and found us a lot to build on, a builder to construct the house and a condo to live in while the construction was taking place.
